Leveraging advanced dust collection technology and extensive field experience, WINTECH improves air quality
in industrial facilities while creating safe and sustainable production environments.

Equipment Overview

High-efficiency filtration removes more than 99.9% of particulate pollutants generated in industrial facilities.
Dust, fine particulate matter, and metal fumes generated during industrial processes
are subject to stringent emission standards under applicable air quality regulations.
A Bag Filter is a dry-type air pollution control system that captures particulate matter
from contaminated air using high-performance filter bags. With high collection efficiency
and reliable operation, it is one of the most widely adopted air pollution
control solutions across industrial facilities.
작동 원리
STEP 01

Contaminated Air Inlet

Dust-laden air enters the chamber through the inlet located at the bottom of the housing.
STEP 02

Filtration & Particle Collection

Dust-laden air passes from the outside to the inside of the cylindrical filter bags, where particulate matter is captured on the outer surface of the filter media.
STEP 03

Pulse-Jet Cleaning

When the differential pressure reaches the preset level, compressed air is instantaneously injected in the reverse direction, causing the filter bags to flex and dislodging the accumulated dust. This pulse-jet cleaning process continuously restores filtration performance.
STEP 04
Dust Discharge

The dislodged dust falls into the hopper and is discharged through a rotary valve into an external collection container, while the cleaned air passes through the clean air chamber and is exhausted through the stack.
Target Pollutants

Permitting & Regulatory Compliance
Air Emission Facility Permitting & Registration (Article 23 of the Clean Air Conservation Act)
Preparation and Submission of Air Pollution Control Facility Plans & Process Flow Diagrams
Design to Meet Dust Emission Standards
(5–50 mg/Sm³, depending on the industry and facility type, Appendix 8 of the Enforcement Rule of the Clean Air Conservation Act)
Operational Commencement Notification Support After Construction Completion
When installing a Bag Filter, a permit or registration must be obtained from the relevant Metropolitan
or Provincial Government in accordance with Article 23 of the Clean Air Conservation Act.
WINTECH provides a one-stop permitting solution by integrating facility design, construction,
and regulatory permitting services.
