Powder Put
This is an introduction to Wintech Co., Ltd.’s Powder Feeding System.
What is a Powder Feeding System?
A system that delivers bulk powder and granule materials at a controlled flow rate or supplies raw materials under sealed conditions.
Main Components
Feed Hopper: A container for powder materials, designed with a specific angle to prevent wall adhesion and material bridging.
Volumetric Feeder: A rotary valve-based device that discharges powder at a controlled rate while preventing pressure imbalance between upstream and downstream sections.
Screw Feeder: A conveying device that pushes powder using a rotating screw, with feed rate precisely controlled by adjusting RPM.
Dust Collection Unit: A device that removes fine dust generated during feeding to prevent external dispersion.
Vibrator: A device that applies vibration within the hopper to prevent powder solidification and flow blockage.
Load Cell: A sensor that measures the weight of incoming powder in real time, enabling precise loss-in-weight feeding control.
Expected Benefits
Enhanced Process Accuracy and Reproducibility
By integrating with an automatic control system, raw materials are fed within a controlled tolerance range, ensuring consistent formulation ratios and significantly reducing defect rates.
Optimized Safety and Environmental Performance
A sealed feeding system mitigates fire and explosion risks from dust dispersion and enables safe handling of toxic powders while reducing reliance on respiratory protective equipment.
Reduced Raw Material Loss and Improved Cost Efficiency
It reduces raw material loss from dispersion during feeding, lowers labor costs from manual operation, and decreases overall process time.
