What is an Agitator Temperature Control Device?
An agitator system that circulates a heat transfer medium through the hollow shaft to maintain a stable shaft temperature while achieving uniform mixing of the contents.
Main Components
Agitator (Motor and Shaft): A core drive unit that ensures uniform mixing of the contents.
Heat Transfer Medium Circulation Line (Including Hollow Shaft): A circulation system that transfers heat by flowing a heat transfer medium through the hollow agitator shaft.
Heater / Cooling Unit (Chiller, etc.): Equipment that provides heating or cooling to achieve and maintain the target set temperature.
Temperature Sensor (Thermocouple, etc.): A sensor that monitors internal temperature in real time.
Temperature Controller: A control unit that automatically maintains the target temperature.
Tank (Vessel): A container that holds the materials to be mixed.
