Hose Pump Pulsation Control System
Hose Pump Pulsation Control System
This is an introduction to the Hose Pump Pulsation Control System by Wintech Co., Ltd.
Pulsation Control System for Hose Pump
A positive-displacement pump in which a flexible rubber hose is sequentially compressed by rollers (or shoes). The fluid ahead of the roller is pushed forward, and as the hose behind the roller recovers its shape, a vacuum is created to draw in fluid. A pulsation control system is used to absorb or cancel pressure fluctuations generated within the pump, enabling stable transfer of fluid at a constant flow rate and velocity.
Main Components
Flexible Hose: An elastic and flexible hose that is compressed by external pressure and then returns to its original shape through expansion.
Rotor or Roller (Shoes): A rotating rotor, shoe, or roller assembly that performs hose compression
and periodically compresses the hose to ensure forward fluid transfer.
Pump Housing: A casing that surrounds the flexible hose and rotor/roller mechanism, providing component protection while enabling pressure and flow control.
Control System: A system consisting of a control unit and monitoring display that adjusts motor rotational speed based on sensor data.
Inlet and Outlet Connections: Connection points for the supply of pumped media into the hose inlet and discharge through the outlet.
Expected Benefits
Manufacturing Process of Cathode Active Material Precursors for Secondary Batteries
By minimizing raw material feed errors, it maintains uniform particle size and composition ratio of the precursor, thereby playing a key role in determining the quality of the final battery cell.
Fine Chemicals and Pharmaceutical Processes
It minimizes the waste of high-value raw materials and dramatically reduces product defect rates.
Remote Monitoring and Smart Factory System
It reduces labor costs and minimizes downtime losses caused by process stoppages by enabling immediate response to abnormal events.
