PSM Report Consulting and Preparation
We prepare and manage Process Safety Management (PSM) Reports for facilities with hazardous processes that pose a risk of major industrial accidents.

Environmental Permits (Air & Water)
Facilities that emit air pollutants or discharge wastewater and other regulated water pollutants

Compliance with the High-Pressure Gas Safety Control Act
The High-Pressure Gas Safety Control Act provides regulatory requirements governing the manufacture, storage, sale, transportation, and use of high-pressure gases,
along with the production and inspection of gas cylinders, refrigeration equipment, and designated facilities.
The Act is intended to prevent accidents, minimize potential hazards,
and ensure the safety of both workplaces
and the public.
Fire Safety & Hazardous Materials Permitting
Under the Fire Services Act and Hazardous Materials Safety Management Act, facilities handling
or storing hazardous materials must obtain the necessary permits from the competent fire authorities.
We support clients through every stage of the approval process, including regulatory coordination and documentation, ensuring efficient compliance with applicable safety regulations.
Self-Declaration of Safety Compliance
We provide administrative and consulting services for Self-Declaration of Safety Compliance in accordance with Article 89 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
