REACTOR
It is used for catalytic chemical reactions in petrochemical and synthetic chemical industries, including polymerization and synthesis of chemical substances.
It enables flexible design according to material properties and operating conditions such as environment, temperature, and pressure, and provides excellent mixing performance.

HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger is a device that transfers heat from a high-temperature fluid to a low-temperature fluid through a heat transfer surface. It utilizes heat conduction driven by the temperature difference between the tube side and the shell side.
Depending on the application, it can be used as a heater, cooler, evaporator, or condenser.
In general, shell & tube heat exchangers are widely used, and various types such as BEM and BEU
are classified according to the configuration of the shell and tube bundle.

– Spiral Type Heat Exchanger
MIXER
A reactor consists of a tank and an agitator drive system, and is designed for mixing internal materials.
It enables controlled mixing of substances by adjusting appropriate temperature, pressure, and agitator speed, and also serves to prevent solidification by continuously stirring the contents.

Twin Screw Mixer
STORAGE TANK
A storage tank is a facility used to store or transport various types of fluids, including gases and liquids.
It offers strong resistance to temperature changes and impact loads, and ensures a long service life with no leakage risk, particularly through CO₂ and TIG welding.
Depending on the operating environment, it can be manufactured from various materials such as steel, stainless steel, FRP, and plastic.

DISSOLVER
A dissolver is a basic mixing equipment used to blend viscous liquid raw materials.
It is primarily designed for agitation and mixing, and consists of a drive unit, shaft, and blade system.
The size and drive power of a dissolver are determined by the vessel size, viscosity, and characteristics of the fluid.
In some cases, dissolvers are supplied with dedicated vessels as an integrated system.
DISTILLATION COLUMN
A distillation unit is a facility that separates required components by utilizing differences in boiling points or volatility of fluids.
Since it operates under high temperature and pressure conditions, it is designed to withstand severe thermal and mechanical stress.
Depending on the application and separation method, it can be classified into vacuum distillation,
azeotropic distillation, and extractive distillation.

Capable of separating even substances with minimal boiling point differences and effectively removing various types of impurities.

DEAERATOR
A deaerator is an essential equipment used in power generation facilities, boilers, and incinerators.
It removes dissolved gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide from feedwater, effectively preventing corrosion and
performance degradation in pipelines and plant equipment, thereby extending service life.
It is used to remove dissolved oxygen from feedwater supplied to heating systems such as boilers, thereby preventing corrosion of equipment.
It is also applied in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical processes to remove dissolved gases, improving product stability during storage and preventing oxidation effects.

FITRATION SYSTEM
A separator is a device that separates mixtures of fluids and solids based on differences in particle size.
It is used for concentrating
or purifying materials based on physical or chemical properties.
PRESSURE VESSEL
A pressure vessel in the petrochemical industry is designed to store or contain liquids and gases under pressure, or to serve as a reactor for processing operations.
Depending on its application, heat exchangers, reactors, and storage tanks can also be classified as pressure vessels.

Uniform stress distribution due to internal pressure, safe and robust structure with no stress concentration points.
